HOW DOES PORTABLE STORAGE WORK?

Rent a unit from us and we'll deliver it to your property within 1 week! All units are wood framed and metal sided, with solid floors. Roofs are metal sheeted with plywood and tarpaper to prevent condensation. The roll up door secures with a slide lock that you can secure with your own padlock. All units are weather tight.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE

You'll need to make sure the area is fairly level (to within 6 inches) and has a clearance area to the following requirements:

- 60' in front for our truck to pull out straight from under the unit

- 14' high along the path the unit will be delivered



PAD SPECIFICATIONS

Your unit can sit on gravel, a cement pad, grassy area, or plowed field with the following dimensions:

- 14' wide x 20' long (the 10x20 unit needs an additional 2' on each side for our jacks to set it down)



UNIT DIMENSIONS

Exterior 10' wide x 20' long x 10' high

Door Width: 8' wide

Interior: 9'6" wide x 19'3"




LEASE TERMS

Your rent begins the day we deliver. When you rent a unit, rent will be charged immediately and it may take up to a week for us to deliver the unit to you. You will receive back the amount you paid for those days between rental and delivery as credit to apply when your next payment is due. You will be charged the first three (3) months upfront and then billed on a month-to-month basis until you are ready for us to pick it up (let us know one (1) month in advance, prior to your last month's rent payment, so we can schedule your pick up). There is a delivery fee due at the time you rent the unit, and a pick up fee due with your last month's rent.
